4. Free and Paid Plans

PraticheEasy offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The features available on each plan are described on the upgrade page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with advance notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Always verify important information with the relevant official authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PraticheEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
