Campania 2026 rates: €2.58/kW for the first 100 kW + €3.87/kW for kW above 100. Examples: 70 kW car → 70 × €2.58 = €180.60. 100 kW car → 100 × €2.58 = €258. 120 kW car → (100 × €2.58) + (20 × €3.87) = €258 + €77.40 = €335.40. Campania has no discounts for hybrid cars — only 100% electric vehicles are exempt for the first 5 years.

Find the deadline based on registration month

Road tax expires on the last day of the month preceding the original registration month. Examples: registered in January → expires December 31. Registered in July → expires June 30. Registered in March → expires February 28/29. The original registration month is found in the vehicle registration document under 'First registration date'.

You have 30 days after the deadline to pay without penalties. After 30 days, interest and 30% penalties apply.
