- ✓Active phone number
- ✓Email address
Step-by-step procedure

Choose a provider
The main ones: PosteID (Poste Italiane), Aruba, TIM, InfoCert. PosteID is the easiest for online activation.

Register online
Enter your personal details, tax code, phone number and email. Upload photos of your ID and health card.
A valid identity document is required.

Verify your identity
Methods: online video recognition (immediate), bank transfer of €0.01, CIE or CNS, or in person at a counter.
4
Receive credentials and activate
You will receive a username, password and an app for OTP codes. Activate your account by following the email link.
Download the provider's app for OTP codes.
